I'm not sure if this is an Exchange issue, an Outlook issue, or a GAL issue. My apologies if this is in the wrong place.
The issue involves the Address Book in Outlook. If I look at the properties of anybody whose entry comes from the GAL, I can't edit them as a regular user. This makes perfect sense. Of course, now I have to edit them because our company address has changed.
I have administrator priviledges, but am baffled as to where to look. I've tried updating users' entries in Active Directory, but those changes don't seem to percolate through.
Besides waiting for some books to arrive, any suggestions?
