I've got a problem with a sbs2003 machine (upgraded from 2000). I'm trying to install Exchange 2003 SP1 but the installation program won't run as it thinks i'm using exchange 6.0. If I check the version in system manager it clearly says 6.5! Has anyone else come accross this? I really need to apply this patch.

I help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks

Jim

does anyone have any advice they could offer on this?

Do you have any errors in the Exchange Server setup progress log? It will be in the root of the C:\ drive of the exchange server

nope, I can't see any related logs either. Is the exchange version reported by a dll which can be updated?
