I purchased the book used, but the the diskette with the examples was missing. The book is out of print and the publisher M&T Press was purchased by Hungry Minds, who was purchased by Wiley Publishers, who don't list any downloads on their site.

Anyone have this diskette of examples?

I'd guess that the software is copyrighted too, and unless the copyright has expired, copying it would be a problem. Usually when buying used books, there is an implicit "as-is" agreement. Perhaps you can get your money back on this book and find another copy with the disk.

I have a 216KB zipped file of "Visual FoxPro 3.0 for Windows - Developing Fullscale Applications" By Nelson King.

Books by WROX publishing company, usually post all of the samples from many of their books on their website, along with a TOC and maybe the first chapter. This is all freely accessable, but the book must be purchased.

This publisher is M&T Press, now owned by Wiley. The reply from Wiley is that I'm SOL, the book is out of print and that's that.
