Event viewer equivalent

Is there a program in Windows98 that tells you when a user logged on to the PC with a specific account/user name and what time it was booted up etc????
Like the Event Viewer in NT?
Or do I have to download a piece of software?????????????

I don't think Win98 supplies any *.log file that will help you. Yes, you're going to have to DL a third-party program.
