Event Veiwer Error - Unable to map error code 1797 2

Ok..in my event viewer i have this error that pops up periodically...

4/2/2001 -- 11:21:26am -- Server -- NONE -- 2510 -- N/A -- Computer

inside it states: The server service was unable to map error code 1797

I have the exactly same problem. The above link 2828 mentioned seems not working. I tried to search by article number Q242 given in the link. Microsoft database can not find either...?

Never mind. Found the following article numbers from Microsoft knowledge base: Q165082 and Q242117.

CAUSE:
This behavior can occur if the server does not have that specific printer driver loaded. Because of this, the printer driver is unknown.

RESOLUTION:
To resolve this issue, install the printer driver on the client workstation from the printer driver installation disk.

Event ID 2510: The Server Service Was Unable to Map Error Code 1797

SYMPTOMS
When you try to copy a cross-platform printer driver from a Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0-based server to a client computer (for example, a Microsoft Windows 95-based client), you may receive the following error message in Event Viewer:

Event ID: 2510
Source: Server
Type: Error
Category: None

The Server service was unable to map error code 1797.



CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the server does not have that specific printer driver loaded. Because of this, the printer driver is unknown.



RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, install the printer driver on the client workstation from the printer driver installation disk.
