Errors on Monitor

Hoping someone can help me please.

I don't seem to have issues at this site but keep on getting the following error on the monitor. There is literally 20 of these a second. So there must be an issue that could eventually become serious. Anyone know what this means.

The Server room is at 18 degrees Celcius so very cool.

I have never seen it but it gives an thermal error.
Swap the IPO and see what happens.
