Error using CCR

Hi all!.

I can't log in the CCR.

Today when I try to enter "

http://IP_SERVER/CCRwebclient"

I can see the next error (in spanish):

"Se ha producido un error inesperado que se ha registrado
Informe este error a su administrador del sistema IPOCCR."

The only option I have is the NEXT button but it appears the same error.

¿What is the best way to know what is wrong?.

Have you tried rebooting the ccr server?

If CCR was working, go ahead and try with a reboot.
If not, someone is messing with that server.
