ERROR TO CONECTING SERVER (Micontact centre )sec9.0

i am phasing error while i am gng to login in my desktop agent .
"error to connecting server"
is there any advance setting in sec 9.0 for DM(AGENT).
Pls help

In version 9 Solidus Agent replaces Desktop Manager? Which application are you using?

while i am going to login in agent getting below error

Are you trying to start up the agent on the server itself?

Hi

The configuration of MiCC agent is taken care of during the installation of the client application from the nextccclient$ share on the MiCC server.

Maybe you have specified the wrong server DNS name? Check SecSetup.exe on the client to make sure you have the correct server DNS for the Broker and Web Services and can ping it.

Maybe you have port(s) blocked? A client needs TCP 2600 & 2613 open on the server plus 5060 if you are using SIP softphone.

Most of all make sure you are installing the same software version on a client as the server or it will never work.

Advise what you have done to get to this stage? a new install? what process did you follow for the client install?

Running the client installer correctly with the correct networking in place results in a client that logs on ok.
