have tried all I know to resolve
Any one have any ideas?
in OE and reinstalled and deleted .ISM and no luck
Closing UI due to failure to activate Accpac Data Sources
when you do get into OE it shows errors in view and data source

No other programs use Crystal reports

Did you install the SM service pack SM030625?

yes did all Service Packs

deleted .ISM and it prints but still not on CR form nor bringing up email

I think it's time you contacted your local Accpac consultant, you need a professional to look at this. You're missing a setup step, or there's another program interfering.
