have tried all I know to resolve
Any one have any ideas?
in OE and reinstalled and deleted .ISM and no luck
Closing UI due to failure to activate Accpac Data Sources
when you do get into OE it shows errors in view and data source

Is Accpac working OK on other PCs on the network?

error
errors occur when opening view
error
IC0310 not a valid view ID
error occured when activating accpac data sources

IC0310 is the ICITEM table, implying that that PC can't see the IC51A folder on the network. The programs _are_ on the network, right?

and seems we can see database in ar/ap/po

This isn't a database problem, it's a program setup problem. Review your installation steps, and make sure that HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ACCPAC International, Inc.\ACCPAC\Configuration\Programs is pointing to the right folder.
