Error Incompat-Upgrade FW

I'm getting the error "Incompat-Upgrade FW" on a 5220 Dual Mode phone when I try to bring it up on my 3300 (ICP Ver: 5.1).

Can anyone help me figure out why this phone will not download and boot?

5220 Dual Mode phones wont work on your software level.Its got to be version 6 or higher!
