Error appling secuity update to S8500

I get an error when trying to apply patches to an S8500. Heres my setup. Not sure what Im doing wrong.

I think you need to remove (1)
update_unpack PLAT-rhel4-1000[1].tar.gz failed
update_unpack PLAT-rhel4-1000.tar.gz failed
 
x3 I had something similar yesterday. Same patch on an S8710.

update_remove PLAT-rehl4-1000

And you have to get that bracket with the one inside it out of there. That's caused by using the wrong version of Internet Explorer to download the file.

Download it and when it asks you to save it, do so without the [1] , then get it back on the server, unpack it and activate it.
 
Thanks gentleman. I upgraded to IE7. It did the trick.
