Hi,

I have a law firm that has an Equitrac vs5 working with a Mitel 3300 and they are presently interested in changing the Mitel to a Avaya IPO. I've been trying to locate a compatibility matrix or release note to see if the Equitrac is supported but no luck. Can someone indicate where I can get this information? or show whats needed for this to work.

Thanks

You would have to check with Equitrac (whatever that is) to see if they support the Avaya IPO API.

Equitrac is not directly supported (as far as I can remember from when we had to investigate), but there is a simple workaround we did when one of our customers in the US dropped this on us after we installed their system.

We installed a trial of Oak Report X onto a server - then we set the IPO to output SMDR to this server on a specific port. Set the Oak Report X upto collect on that port, and it then puts the SMDR output as dated csv files into a folder. You have 30 days from installation to complete the oak setup and then it is set (unless you pay for an actual oak licence).

Equitrac, then just take the data from that folder.

Yep, as long as it creates a folder of daily csv files it would work.

Works fine for me.

Would be helpful if you tell how it isn't working and if you get any error messages when trying to install it.

Yes the SMDR-Receiver works for me on Server 2012R2 and it creates a CSV for each month.
