As the title says. We have remote users that VPN in, and use the Equinox client for taking/making calls. Most of the time, things are fine, take calls, make calls, hold, transfer, no issues. At times, when someone goes to transfer a call, the call is transferred, but the line is not release from the person's softphone, until the phone call is completely done. Not sure if anyone has seen behavior like this with transferring calls, but it's only happening with users working from home, while using the Equinox client. When they are in the offices, they use their desk phones, and that's never an issue. I wonder if their home internet could be the culprit of this behavior, or the Equinox client. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!
