We have had to relocate our phone system and in doing so some phones didn't come back up. We are trying to locate the individual port numbers for these phones and can't find them listed in the software anywhere. Where are they listed?

Thanks,
Grey

You can find out what port has each DN assigned by going into Feat * * 2 6 6 3 4 4 ->Maintenanace->Port/DN Status->then put in either the first port on your system 0101 or press DN and enter the first ext on your system you can use the NEXT/BACK buttons to scan thru all of your ports/DN's If you want a specific DN's Port you could enter it and see what the port is.

Then it is not wired properly to the phone system. All ports on a Norstar or E.E. are "live" - meaning it doesn't matter which phone type (M7100, M7208, M7310, M7410, M7324, T7100, T7208, T7316)<---they should all initialize if they are wired to a station port.

Jerry's post will give you the answers you need. Depending on how your system is configured, but you will need something bigger than a 7208 phone for programing info. And sometimes you only have access at ext.21 or 221.
