We just had an IP Office install. We have Engenius wireless phones. We can't seem to transfer a call using the wireless phones. When we try the call hangs up. We were told to hit talk dial the number and off. Does anyone have experience with this?
I have never touched those phones, but if they are analog sets then it is the flash time not being correct as that is how the phone tells the system to put the call on hold for transfer. Check the settings in the phone to see how long it interrupts the connection to make the flash signaling. These Flash times vary by locale of the system.
Had the same problem but it fixed itself. I don't know if the IP Office somehow adjusted the flash time. It didnt work for 4 days but then just started working.
