Enabling CCR Tree?

I have disabled ccr tree 1 and and made changes and saved changes. When I go to enable I get the option for table 1 Morn CCR Tree: NO.....How do I enable? How do I assign Morning, evening...to CCR 1? I have followed the steps in FAQs but and have the steps for enabling but when I go to AA/Table 1/Morn CCR tree: No the only option is to change and Disable. Not sure what I am missing. Any help appreciated.

When you reach, CCR Treeisable, press Change, then press 1.

ahhhhhh..........THANKS! It is working perfect now except for an option to transfer to an external 800 number. Not sure if I set that up correctly, getting message saying "the routing resources needed for this call are busy. Please try again later." Any suggestions? Thanks again!!

Are you using a PRI, or POTS lines?

Try setting that outdial to use pool 1.
