EMMC VDN, how does the "Router to Number" work exactly?

I'm trying to understand the process of how the vectoring works for Meet Me conferencing (EMMC).
In the VDN which is set as a "Meet me conferencing" VDN, on the last page the "Route to number" field is set as 82994800 (4800 being the VDN number).

I'm not understanding what the first four digits do or what they represent.

route to" is used as if the caller were to dial the specified number from any phone on the system.

Whatever number you specify will be dialed just as if a phone (administered in the same tenant and cor as the vdn) were to dial that number.

8 is for your AAR access code
2994800 will be in your aar analysis tables and route to your "sip" trunks for your EMMC server.

Your route pattern will delete 3 digits (299) and send 4800 to the "sip" trunk-group.
