Emergency Service (LIS, ERL) 5.5

Just curious if anyone has successfully configured Emergency Services in 5.5. I have been going through Element manager on one of the sites we upgraded already, I notice when I do a virtual office login, at my site from that system it shows "location unknown" on the phone display. I would like to configure all these options when I upgrade my CS 1000M MGP. Also, has anyone done the Emergency Response Location configs and the Subnet location information configuration... if you have any advice or things to keep and eye out for before attempting this let me know. tnx

Yep Nortel are currently working on a patch because when you VO an ERL cookie should be passeed updating the VO you login to giving the location. but after you login to a VO if in LD 117 you do a "locrpt all" you notice it has ERL 0 Location Unknown. I have also had the same problem, and Nortel are coming up with a patch, I believe that it is in the testing phase now.

This should not affect you if you get the LIS working, as the ERL is updated by the Subnet of the Phone used, I cannot swear to this as I have not yet deployed a site with LIS, so not had a play.

Thanks for all the resources, I did the upgrade to 5.50, I have to do a little bit more research before I mess the any of the Emergency services configuration. Thanks for all the response.
