Emergency BCM 1000 down

On Tuesday the BCM shutdown several times due to a bad UPS system. Now when I start the BCM I get this error:

"windows NT could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \winnt\system32\config\systemhardware profile\last known good menu"

Anythoughts on repair?

Phone programming will stay on the MSC card. You won't lose that by initializing a universal profile, as long as you don't try to load a different core image, such as loading a CALA core load on an Etiquette/NA system.

And you will have to reinput all of your existing keycodes.
