Embedded Voicemail

I setup the shortcode to access a group mailbox but it tells me that the mailbox hasn't been setup for "remote access" - WHERE do I turn this on???

you can always just record the messages as the out of hours greeting on the main mailbox

from the docs:
Out of Hours Greeting: Press 2.
This greeting is used when the hunt group is in night service or out of service or out of hours.
