embedded voicemail problem

I have IPO 3.2.59 and embedded voicemail.
After working for 4 days, the voicemail is planted.
in the sysmonitor I see:

I have done the upgrade prompt but the problem still persists.

It says unsupported compression type
Probably you upgraded with the wrong compression
What system do you have ?

The small office should use the G723 and the 406 and the 500 use the G711

I have an IP406V2 and I do the upgrade propmt but i have the some problem

With a 406 you need to use the G711 prompts
Did you use these prompts ?

I use another card, It work correctly for over 1month and it planted again.

problem witch 3 customers!!!

Can you try this

Powerdown the ipo
Pull the card
Power up the ipo
Let it come up
Power it down again
plug in the card
Power up again

Then look again with monitor

Nah, youve put the wrong prompts on.

That is what i thought but he says he didn't
I saw a card saying unsupported in SSA
It was gone after pull out reboot and put in again
