Embedded Voicemail Intuity mode 1

Hi everyone. I've recently started to install all my embedded voicemail systems in Intuity mode so my CSR's can have a standardized troubleshooting guide.

My issue is that on my user's personal voicemail, after playing the recorded greeting, the system also plays the recorded name and the "is not available" system prompt. Is there a way to turn this thing off and just play the recorded greeting? I'd think that it would be automatic, but maybe there's a toggle in the Intuity menus that I'm unaware of.

Change Embedded vm to IP Office mode instead. Had the same problem with a customer, could not find ANY solution. After changing to IP Office mode, no more double greetings and vm cutoffs.
 
Known issue; however, I set up 2 systems today on 8.0.42, IP Office mode, and changed the embedded voice messaging to Intuity mode and the greeting problem seems to have been fixed. If it reverts back to a problem I'll post it here.
 
I just tried it on a system I'm installing later this week and it does appear Avaya fixed that issue. Nice to see another fix in 8.0.42 that didnt make it to the release notes. Does Avaya have some fear of acknowledging that something was broken?

Either way, I switched it back to IPO mode. This particular site needs it as simple as possible.
 
Yeah - Avaya needs to hire back some technical writers - they used to have the best, and they need some improvement.
 
that's why you upgrade to the latest release before posting it here as a new problem because the Avaya fairies (no offence guys) might have fixed it already :)
