When a call cover to a voicemail, it gets dropped right after the greeting tone??
It is an embedded R8.1.. Any hints? Is rebuilding the SD card the way to go?

Every call covering to vm gets dropped?
then definitely a rebuild of the card is a good idea.

Yes, it is a system wide trouble.. OK, I will format, recreate and then restore LVMAIL. Hope the SD will not become useless during this process :)

that's interesting, I believe the spare one is an Avaya SD card.. But how do yo enter the old dongle number on the new SD to match the existing license?

8.1 what? We had tons of problems on misc 8.1 that ee5re mostly resolved in 8.1.69. Many problems were with embedded vm. You may also try changing your vm mode to ip office mode rather than intuity mode. Its not a huge issue for users if they generally use visual vm.

I will keep this in mind.. Thank you so much for all your inputs.

Yes, avoid Intuity mode like the plague!

I wouldn't say I "hate" my job...it's just that most days, I'd rather get kicked in the nuts repeatedly instead of being here.

Is it as simple as changing the mode from Intuity to IPO in the drop-down box? (System Preferences --> General --> Default Telephony Interface)
