We’re currently having a problem on a site where there voicemail ports on there embedded voicemail are getting stuck in a busy state. This is stopping the customer doing system backups as the 3300 will not do a backup, if it see that the voicemail ports are busy. The only way to clear this is to reboot the 3300, hard or soft reset or by stopping and starting the voicemail via the shell. This has been an issue since about release 7 they’re currently running release 8. If I state the voice ports they show busy, (not all normally a couple) then if I run a resource command for those ports that are busy, the result is that the voicemail ports are talking to each other. Has anybody experienced anything like this before
