I have an auto attendant set up, it does answer calls but plays silence, when I dial *8101 the system generate short code to record the greeting the display reads "call rejected".
I would appreciate any suggestions, Thanks

Check SSA to verify that embedded VM is running?
Then check the config to verify that voicemail is set for embedded System>Voicemail tab
Also make sure the short code *8101 is still built and hasn't been deleted/removed.

Thanks for the suggestions, the voice mail is running, I checked the system voice mail tab = embedded voice mail.
The system does answer the call so the auto attendant is working, I just cant record a greeting. As soon as I dial *81 the system rejects the call.

The default short code is *81XX,"AA:"N".1",1,126,AutoAttendant,enu,False,cc305700810811e285bb00e0070edfe7,False

When I dial *8201 0r *8301 the system answers "To hear the recording" Etc.

We ususally use the 'menu' *8401 since the other three are used with time profiles. This is so you can have G'morning... then it palys the menu prompt.

In the automated attendant tab The short codes are *8101-*8201-*8301, The only one that doesn't work is *8101

The short code should look like this:

Code: *801XX
Feature: Auto Attendant
Telephone Number: "AA:"N".01"
Line Group ID: 0

Delete the current one, then add another Auto Attendant (and you and even delete it after clicking on OK). The system will auto-generate a replacement short code
