Hi,

Really hoping someone can help with this one. We have a new V9 IP Office and we are running embedded VM in Intuity mode.

We have noticed that after a reboot many of the VM boxes revert back to the system greeting and some have also lost their recorded Name.

Any help would be much appreciated as we have over 200 VM boxes so it is an enormously time consuming problem to stay on top of.

Many Thanks
Andy

I carried out a test and it looks like around 40% of the voicemail boxes lose their user greeting and name on reboot so it must be a big problem affecting a lot of other users?

If your control unit is still running 9.0.0.0 829, please upgrade to the latest, 9.0.5.0 972. It may fix such issues. Also, I never trusted Intuity mode.

Dan

I blame Avaya.
