Embedded VM Garbled Recording

Has anybody come accross the issue of the embedded voicemail recording is garbled on retreival of new messages. System running 5.0(20) and embedded card has been re-flashed. After reboot the problem goes. This issue does not have a set time frame before it reappears.

Indeed a know issue.
This is also an issue on 6.0
The result is the same although it starts a bit different.

Just upgraded system to 5.0(24) The voicemail is still having issues. The system is using SIP trunks. Is there anything that I could alter on the system to allow for clearer recordings?
