No kidding. I have a client with IPO500v2 R7.0.36
Auto attendant dial by number feature making me crazy!! it's duplicate a random digit that i dial.
for example - I have conected to auto attendant and dialing 2078 extension - and then i can be transfered to 2207, 2007, 2077 extensions.... depending on what digit station duplicate. And I have maybe 10% chance, that duplication doesn't appears and I will be connected to my 2078 extension.
This happens randomly

Any help will be very appreciated

Hi!,

What type the lines for the incoming calls? ISDN, PORTS, GSM GATEWAYS?

Regards.

Had this with SIP on R7, couldn't solve it so we avoided it :)

Line is SIP. and in R8 with voicemail pro I have the same problem. trace in monitor shows to me that IP office can intercept dialing digit before SIP INFO messages arrives. That's why that station receives digit two times in a row. As I sayd earlier - it happenes randomly.
Silly, but i can't nothing to do with this situation.

change the way the SIP line does the digit transport, go inband if you use RFC2833 or vice versa. But make sure that your provider is set to the same way you make the change to.

It's an IPO bug Westi, a long standing one albeit sporadic, they seem unable to fix, I changed what could be changed but it never went away for long :)

a bug??
one they can't fix???
you must be mistaken Andy, that would never happen.

I can't even sit up any more because I am laughing so hard.

I just put in a system on 8.1.67 and they use park zones ahhhhhhhh but it was the lesser evil over SCN audio problems on lower releases. Hope they bring out the promised fix on Monday
