I was hoping that someone here could tell me how to change the extension which gets auto attendant messages delivered to it. I know the "box number" of our main greeting and would like to redirect the messages to a different extension. Thanks for the assistance.

Depends on how it was set up. In most cases, you'll find that you will have to get some one to connect to the VM and recreate the transaction box and set the owner to the new VM box that you want to recieve messages...

Is it just a series of key presses while you are connected to the voicemail greeting? I can grab any phone and put in the box number to get to the greeting, there are no prompts to tell me how to change anything though. Thanks.

Nope. Need to connect to the actual card with software that can make program changes to it..It's called Co-Session Remote.
