Element Manager Freezes

I am unable to access the element manager. I can open the application and enter my username and password, but the element manager just feezes at a gray screen. I have tried connecting both over the lan and plugged directly into the BCM50. Any thoughts here?

It's WinXP Pro. This is a new problem that came up last week. Used to be able to get it, but no longer.

I had the same problem had to do a level one reset manually power system down power back up status led orange solid power led oprange solid wait 5 seconds when power led starts to flash orange press reset switch once the leds are then status orange flashing power red solid wait 5 sec when both leds are flashing quickly press the reset switch once both leds are then solid the bcm then enters level 1 reset state.make sure you only press reset switch once or you will default switch back to factory default setting

So, I decided to call our vendor. After a number of conversations with Nortel, he didn't get anywehere.

Anyway we unplugged the phone system for a few seconds, and plugged it back in. The Element Manager was back.
