After logging into Element Manager on a BCM 50 rls 3, I try to access the Call Pilot by launching the CallPilot Manager. For some reason the application fails and all I get is a DOS window with this path: C:\Program Files\Nortel\Business Element Manager\BusinessElementManager\Bin>. I can log into the Call Pilot through a web browser and manage the voice mail without incident. Why am I unable to log in to the Call Pilot from the Element Manager?
