Element Manager and VoiceMail Manager

After logging into Element Manager on a BCM 50 rls 3, I try to access the Call Pilot by launching the CallPilot Manager. For some reason the application fails and all I get is a DOS window with this path: C:\Program Files\Nortel\Business Element Manager\BusinessElementManager\Bin>. I can log into the Call Pilot through a web browser and manage the voice mail without incident. Why am I unable to log in to the Call Pilot from the Element Manager?
 
the element manager setup files are missing some files try reinstalling the element manager,

 
I have already tried reinstalling Element Manager and there is no change in the results.
 

Install Desktop-116 and System-115 patches then re-download EM from your bcm50 and re-install, it should work.
 
You need to make IE your Default Browser..

Check your web browser settings on IE6 or IE7.
go to Tools and open internet options
Go to Programs
Make sure you have TICKED the box for
Make IE your Default Browser.

This will allow you to use the Launch Callpilot Manager Button in Element Manger.
