Last week faxes were coming in fine. Today I have been told no new faxes are coming in. I noticed a connection is listed as "Connected Fax" to our main voicemail box within BCM Monitor Voice Ports tab. I tried to send a fax to the box but it doesn't show up even though the connection says it went through.
