Hello ...

I read many thraeds here about how to solve an echo problems on IP Phones,

1. Turn Automatic Gain Control On
2. Uncheck allow direct media path

what option should be done also ? the agents still complains about echo problems ?
The IPO is rls10.

Thanks

A proper network with VLANs and QoS, digital lines (ISDN or SIP), decent endpoints.
It would be helpfull if you told what setup you have and what you have tried so solve the problem.

play with the settings for AUDIOENV in the 46xxsettings.txt file

to get the way it can be changed there is a document called Audio Quality Tuning for IP Telephones from 2007 that has still merit

you can find it here
