I want to know if the problem is at the CO side or on the MICS 7.0 side?

Most of the time I have found it is the CO. Is this something that just started or is it a new circuit?

We have that installed since june and problem seems to be 2 or 3 calls a day

Could be a DS0 issue, could be a DS3 issue.....possibly a Norstar issue. You need to get as much info about the calls as absolutely possible, otherwise, you are just guessing. Inbound only? From Where? All the problem calls from Detroit? Dallas? Outbound? To where? A certain set? All sets on the same station module? Frequently, carriers have issues with DS3's. Not knowing any better, the customer will open a ticket on their local access DS1 and the carrier will come back "no trouble found". Correct, the DS1 is fine, it is the DS3 between offices that is the problem. That is why you must do good homework, even if the other employees at your site are not cooperative. You must know the animal you are hunting!
