Anyone have solutions to correct this or what it takes to fix this. Telephones are working with a ACS R7 5x9 processor.

Can't say that I have heard of echo problems when older 18D sets are used in conjunction with the R7 processor.

Some questions about the setup to help get us started on the path to a resolution.

Is the handsfree system being used when echo is heard?
Is the echo being experienced on local and long distance calls?
Is echo being heard on both incoming and outgoing calls?
POTs lines or a T1 being used?
What cards are being used in the system in question?

Also, how many phones have echo in them?

I have ran across alot of handsets that i have changed to correct echo problems.

check loop current , high loop current cancuse this

What are you using for lines? Are you using Voip lines? If so, the echo is caused by your provider, not the system or phones.
