e911 ERL Calls failing on a PRI due to type of number TON: LOCL instead of TON:NATL

I have a 6.0 system and I am trying to set up e911 to RedSky.

TON is incorrect and AT&T rejects the call. I have a DMI 99 and have tried all of the possible entries for CTYP and that does not make a difference. I am using 811 to test with.

TON to be NPA The DMI is unable to Manipulate the CTYP from LOC
to NPA for ESA calls

Your ESA entry 1 is going directly to Route 0 and isn't going thru BARS? There are two ways to setup ESA if I remember, using RLI or Route. Check that out and I will to later (if my old memory remembers!)[pre][/pre]

If you out and rebuild your ESA and when you get to ESRT, press ENTER and you should get prompted for the RLI...
