E129 and incoming calls 2

Good night everyone.

I have a doubt about the E129 phone and the IP office.

Our setting is an IPO 9.1.300.120 and 15 phones e129 in fw 1.25.2.26

we try to use the function to receive a second call when we are talking on aonother call, but nothing happens.
No tone, no alert, no changes on the e129 screen.

reading the manual, only says this:

the incoming lines are E1R2. Any hint about this behaviour?
 
Did you press the 'answer' soft key when the call appears? If the answer soft key doesn't appear, i'd say the handset isn't recognising there is a call there, for whatever reason. Forwarding maybe?
For a hint: Monitor and system status.

Now experiencing escalation fatigue.
 
Have you checked "call waiting on" under the user's telephony/call settings tab? That is required to receive a second call on a SIP phone.
