E + M interface

Guys,
I would appreciate any response to this please !
We have a need for assistance in configuring an Ericsson MX-One that we are providing to a client. Our sticking point is in the configuration of an E&M interface to connect to a recorded message PA system. On dialling “72”, the interface must:

Switch the M wire from -48v to ground.
E wire remains at ground potential.
Connect 4-wire audio.
Clear down when the subscriber hangs up.


There is no signalling back from the attached equipment.

Customer pushing to complete config and I can't get it working;
Settings I have tried are

ROU TYPE VARC VARI VARO FILTER
22 TL22 H'030D0031 H'02010000 NO

1. VARC D4 = F
2. Be sure that TLU and recorded message system are connected to the same groud.
