Hey folks. I've got a couple of system with duplicate users in the contacts.
System 1, 2, 3, and 4 have been in for some time without issue. They are all connected via VPN using the WAN port connected to a VPN router with a dedicated internet service for VOIP. They are also connected to the local data networks on the LAN port for administration purposes. The SCN trunks all point to the WAN address of the other sites and use the WAN gateway via IP Routes.
System 2 got pulled from that location when it closed down and shipped to a new office they opened up last week, but was first sent to us for wiping and reprogramming. It is connected only to the local network and VOIP traffic is going across the data VPN to just site 3 as they don't have a dedicated VOIP link at the new location.
All systems are either release 9.0 or 9.1.
System 1 is unknown as the customer hasn't provided that information.
System 2 is unknown as the customer hasn't provided that information.
System 3 shows duplicates of all users on system 1 on all phones.
System 4 shows duplicates of all users on both systems 1 and 3 on all phones.
I'm going to have the customer's IT people reboot the systems at site 1 and 3 this evening to see if that helps as they won't do it during the day.
Is anyone nodding their head and going "Yup, that'll be because..." or shaking their head and going "that darn fool done gone and did..."? Those that are, care to share?
Thanks.
