Dummies guide to PKI updates 1

Is there a step by step guide or anything for updating the PKI certificates? I have an S8500, S8300 LSP, and an EMMC server that need the updates, and I can't find good instructions on how to upload the files, etc. I can't even find the updates to download for the EMMC!

any help? preffer not to have to pay to have the updates applied.

I guess the first one I was looking at (from that link specifically) was the EMMC server... it links to a PCN, but that PCN instruction set starts out by advising to Upload the patch to the bridge in any directory... no instructions on how to do so, and I cannot find the update file on support.avaya.com

Per the Avaya website, the PKI update for the EMMC is not customer installable.

Is that because of the superuser permissions required? ... I do have access to a superuser login
