Hi,

I have an IP Office 500 PBX. Can I program/configure the following? The user dials <gateway number><pause><phone number as dtmf>. The gateway number is configured as incoming call number in the IPO500. Now the idea is that the IPO500 will make an outgoing call using a specific SIP Trunk to the <phone number as dtmf> using the caller ID of the user (this could be for example his normal mobile phone number when the user would call using a mobile device). What steps are required and in which parts of the IPO500 should I look into?

Best regards,
Rene

Do you have a better explanation of what you want to achieve?
I don't get the point here.

FNE31 would work as well, we have a couple of customers who use FNE in this way.

In their mobile contacts they have

02044014780,,,07123456789

When the mobile calls this it makes a call to the 0204 number which on the IPO points to FNE31 which gives dial tone and then the 3 commas give a pause which then allows the 07123456789 number to be dialled by the system meaning the external party has made a call through the phone system to the 07number.

This obviously requires the correct FNE setup behind the scenes for this external person.

Thanks for the hints. I will start a few experiments (may take some time as will only be working on this during weekends). BR, Rene
