Hi ,

i recently got 10 DT820 ITY-8LDX-1 (BK) Tel from ebay and they came with Standard SIP Licenses.

I have a SV9100 PBX and licences for IP DT Terminal.
So i need the NEC firmware on these phones.

Could someone please share the firmware and tell me how to upload them to the phones ?
Thank you.

Thank you a lot.

Much appreciated.

Hi Johnny

Would you please inform me the way in details because i have the same problem and i got the files from belevedere (Thanks to him) ?
Always phone dont accept the flash (FW not allowed)

I am also in need of the firmware for this phone. I have a whole suite of phones that have a new firmware that just won't connect to my server. Its newer than the existing firmware so I hope to downgrade the firmware.

@Adam.Gallant You probably need to create a post related to your problem. The firmware that Johnny Mourani got was the NEC SIP firmware to convert the NEC SIP from Standard SIP.

adelnooh problem ended up being his phones were from a market that would not allow the install of the NEC SIP firmware. He needs the firmware NEC SIP for the phone for that market.

You state the phone will not connect to your server but give no details on what server etc you are using.

A separate post with more details might get some good answers .

Sorry folks. I'm a bit of a n00b with this. We have an SV9100. Purchased 15 phones thru ebay, all the same model as the ones we use now. The firmware is newer on these phones...more options. I have broken down the menu in a Google Doc. My existing phones operate on v3.0.1.0. These new ones are on a much higher one with crisper images on the display. Our configuration authenticates based on the MAC of the phone to the ext in the SV9100. I'm not sure if this is common or not, but it works great ensuring we have the correct phone with the correct ext.
