I have recently put in a new system and upgraded it to V2. The users have some 2030 handsets and have programmed the DSS keys with users. They have a phone 30 mod on the system as well. The is that if a call comes in and want to be transfered to another ext, they put the caller on hold then press the Dss key if that user is busy the display shows busy but the the ext number will change and show free. If they try to press hold to get the caller back they can't and when they put the phone down the caller gos to the free ext voicemail without that ext ringing. I have also set this up on a default system and it does the same. It will olny do this on a outside call. This has worked on all the other versions.
