We are using Cinphony ACD v3.6 and some (most) of the extensions when logged in will auto-log out if a call goes unanswered. I would like to set the rest of the extensions to do that as well. How is that done? Thanks
 
it is a setting that is configured in each que ...auto logout and it is set below the fna settings on phone...acd is in seconds mics is in rings "6 sec per ring cycle"so fna 4 rings to vm acd que needs to be under 24 seconds this way customers do not end up in agents mboxes
