Downgrade Avaya 1608-I

Hi,
Does anyone know how to downgrade the Avaya 1608 phones? I currently have a phone on firmware on version 1.301S that i cannot get working with an IP Office 500 version 5.0 (8). I have however got the same phone on a lower firmware version working ok.

I suspect you have a 1608i, these are not supported prior to V5.0.20
I would upgrade to the latest version of V5.0 to prevent this becoming a bigger issue in future
