Doorphone on BCM450 R6.0

Are there any known issues related to Doorphones on a BCM 450 R6?
I have a customer that upgraded from a Norstar MISC to a BCM 450 R6. They had 4 Doorphones in place before the upgrade that were working. I'm now experiencing the Doorphones working periodically.
They appear to work once after they come online then fail to work after that.

Can anyone give any insight!

I did bring in a new Doorphone when i thought i had a bad Doorphone. the new Doorphone is an Avaya BST Doorphone. Still having issues.

The Latest Patch is BCM450.R600.SU.System-003.201101

I have these working with no issues. Try a different port. Also try a physical digital set at the doorphone location to see if the wiring is good. I had a digital set that worked on the old MICS but not on the new 450. I moved the drop to a different port and it now works. Changing the DSM32+ didn't fix the problem. Strangely, the port that didn't work in the office did work fine in the phone room, so I just used it for the phone there.
