Door Phone

First of thanks for the info on the T7406E wireless phones, it works great. The door phone only rings on the prime phone (21). I set each phone to answer dn of (31) which is the door phone dn. I need it to ring on all the phones. Thanks

Take an unused DN and make that an answer DN on all the phones then in the Door Phones programming make that the call dn. Then all phones ring. Make sure that the rings in the DP are lower than the call forward no answer on the sets or the DP will be go into a mailbox.

Also...
Depending on software you can use Hunt groups also.

Door phones can also give upt to 5 different chimes onto all sets that are in the same page zone as the door phone.

I am with curlycord. I use hunt groups for each door phone and set it to broadcast and make it ring only with no appearance on the sets.

I find it easier to manage what sets ring for different door phones if you have more then one.
