I have a door phone on a IPO 500 running 5.0. I am looking for a way to have the phone disconnect and not go to a voicemail when it rings no anwser. Any idea's.

turn the voicemail off?

Make a shortcode in the doorphones user shortcodes with the feature "Dial Physical Extension by Number" that should stop it going to voicemail I think :)

I can't do that due to the fact that it is setup as a ring down line. So if VM is Off it will just keep ringing.

On the user turn off voicemail, and goto;

System > Telephony > Tones and Music tab > tick local busy tone.

If the "local busy tone" like above is not working, try to add t(1) in the hotline code.

t(1) this will limit the connection to 1 minute.
